Terms and conditions

Method of payment: You will receive further information about the payment procedure after you have completed your registration above. Registration is confirmed when payment has been processed.

Cancellation policy: You are entitled to a full refund of your registration fee if you submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of the conference having received your registration fee. Cancellation requests must be e-mailed to events@arbitration-adr.org. After that period, no refunds will be given for attendees who cancel. However, you may transfer your registration to another person within the same category for registration fees.
