Todd Weiler is a barrister whose practice has focused exclusively on international investment law and arbitration since 1999. He has served as counsel, consulting expert and arbitrator in a wide array of investment disputes, involving a wide array of dispute settlement bodies, countries, and industries.
Highly regarded for his creativity, engaging speaking style, and distinguished record of academic publications, Dr. Weiler holds a M.A. in political science and a LL.B. from Western University, a LL.M. from the University of Ottawa, and a LL.M. and S.J.D. from the University of Michigan School of Law. He is also currently pursuing a Ph.D. in history from Western University.
