AIA Conference
Arbitration and Mediation in the Natural Resources and Energy Sector.
The AIA and the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP) are proud to announce a new conference in Brussels on May 13, 2009.
This conference will deal with arbitration and mediation in the natural resources and energy sector.
The aim of this conference is to inform and to update companies active in the sector of mining, gas, electricity, oil, etc. of the specific advantages and possibilities of these forms of ADR and to introduce them to the existing arbitration and mediation rules and bodies. The public will also contain academics, arbitrators and mediators .
